Principal Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Talent pool Manamement 
  • Content QA, reporting and maintenance 
  • Support team with daily operational tasks and to dos 
  • Active tracking and sourcing of affiliate channels 
  • Adjust on the fly to meet requests and deliver under pressure

Your Profile: 

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management or Psychologogy or any other related topics is a plus, but not mandatory. 
  • Experience working as a Recruiter, Talent Acquistion Manager or Talent Sourcer prefereably in a young Startup company. 
  • Experience in Screening applications related tech/ non-tech positions. 
  • Get it done mentality as we are a fast paced environment. 
  • Passion for helping people and most importantly are hungry to learn and take ownership over your self development.  
  • Quick learner, strong multitasker and ability to switch priorities in short term while still being able to focus on bigger picture. 
  • Perfect English, however German is a big advantage
