- Back-end: Node.js, Typescript, AWS, Docker, Terraform, Serverless;
- Tools: Git / Github.

 Responsibilities:

• Leading and mentoring a cross-functional team on all technical aspects of the product
• Making technical decisions and sharing your technical knowledge to mentor the team
• Establishing processes, best practices, and coding standards
• Overseeing engineering practices and operational costs, establishing KPIs, and drive constant improvement in quality, effectivity, & efficiency
• Interviewing, hiring, and training new team members  

 Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience in technical leadership roles coaching cross-functional teams
• 6+ years of experience in hands-on software engineering positions, preferably in SaaS companies
• Hands-on engineering experience across a range of skills including ReactJS, NodeJS, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, GraphQL, Typescript
• Experience leading the technical direction of engineering teams, developing strategies and work packages
• Practical experience in creating security-sensitive products
• Experience interviewing, hiring, and scaling engineering teams
• Self-motivated, proactive, and organized individual with a positive attitude
