Your role with us:

We need your talent as a Growth Operations Specialist and join our Growth Operations team (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success).

Your responsibilities as a Growth Operations Specialist:

  • Full ownership of our growth data flow, tools & processes
  • Improve our forecasting model & keep track of relevant KPI’s (e.g. sales velocity driver)
  • Secure the pipeline with qualified leads for our sales team by connecting databases & creating scripts
  • Automate lead qualification & marketing/sales handover processes
  • Train business development fundamentals from lead acquisition to client retention
  • Create new workflows/documentations/reports & communicate improvement potential
  • Build cross functional relationships & engage in hiring growth talent

This is what we’re looking for:

  • Business fluent English, additional fluent German would be a plus
  • 1-2+ years of work experience in sales operations, marketing or business development
  • You show strong analytical skills (XLS, Google Sheets) & a structured way of working
  • Fundamental understanding of sales & data integration processes
  • You are detail-oriented & have good project management skills
  • Strong communication skills & passion for growth/business development topics
