While MEDWING is experiencing an exciting period of fast growth, with a team of currently over 300 employees across Germany, France, UK, and Austria, leading and steering the company requires managing an increasing number of strategic and operational topics. We are therefore looking for highly qualified Chief of Staff (m/f/x) to report directly to our founder Johannes.

In this role, you will work on a broad range of topics, ranging from supporting funding rounds, defining company goals, evaluating confidential M&A opportunities or immediate project support. An amazing journey of opportunity with an international team lies ahead - Join us!


Your role in our team

  • You run MEDWING’s priority projects of the founder that are urgent and important for the company
  • You support daily founder operations, e.g. by preparing meetings, briefings or speeches
  • You prepare and pre-align strategy, pitch decks and presentations
  • You evaluate & assess exciting M&A opportunities
  • You support cross-functional business operations, e.g. by leading and preparing business reviews or supporting the business planning process
  • You continuously suggest / implement improvements in the company

Your profile

  • You have 1-3 years of experience in fast-paced environments like strategy consulting, investment banking, venture capital or fast-growing startups
  • You have a proactive and independent working and learning attitude
  • You are very structured about how to prioritize work and time
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into insights, a compelling narrative, and strategic decisions
  • You have a hands-on working style with the capacity to deliver strong results and to impact business decisions in a dynamic environment
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English, German language skills are a nice to have
