Help us shape and grow our global B2C sales strategy and achieve excellence by partnering with our Managing Directors and your Team Leads. Join our PlusDental team as Head of Sales (w/m/d*) in Berlin (Hybrid-Remote Work possible).

What you'll be doing
  • Lead and continue building up our international sales team currently consisting of 3 Team Leads and about 30 Sales Agents across 7 countries
  • Build a high performing sales organization through establishing scalable sales processes and effectively mentoring and coaching the teams
  • Be responsible for reaching our overall sales and conversion targets
  • Further develop our B2C channels and go-to-market approach in close collaboration with one of our Managing Directors and our VP Sales and Business Development
  • Closely collaborate with our marketing, medical and customer service leaders among others to systematically collect and act on the feedback of our customers
  • Continuously recreate and develop our sales vision, mission and our values that will empower your team
What you should bring
  • Several years of experience leading high performing B2C Sales teams in an agile environment
  • A focused sales driven personality and a proven track record within your former teams
  • A people-centric mentality, and a constant source of excellence and consistent motivation in order to energize and drive the performance of your team
  • Sales-oriented thinking and acting with a high degree of customer focus 
  • Very good English skills; every other language is a plus
