What you’ll do  

• Work with the CEO and the leadership team in establishing annual, quarterly, and monthly strategic priorities    
• Develop and implement business plans, processes and procedures    
• Lead new strategic projects and initiatives            
• Ensure alignment across the company      
• Drive efforts to improve leadership’s efficiency and effectiveness and determine KPIs for team performance      
• Assist the CEO in preparing for important internal and external meetings

What you should bring  

• You’re attending or graduated from a top university in business, management or finance and have gained initial experience in management consultancy, high-growth startup or a similarly high-paced environment    
• Financial modeling, forecasting and analysis skills    
• Expert level Excel, proficiency in SQL would be a big plus    
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented      
• Great interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with people on all levels in the organization      
• Excellent verbal, analytical, organizational and written skills in English, German is a plus
