Responsibilities
<ul>
 <li>You lead a team of diverse talents and collectively identify and drive cross-functional strategic, enablement, and operations projects that ensure that Leapsome can reach its long-term goals</li>
 <li>Together with your team, you own and optimize critical revenue operations activities and in that capacity work closely with the marketing, sales, and customer success teams and customers</li>
 <li>Together with the founders and your leadership colleagues, you understand challenges and opportunities from each of their perspectives and prioritize initiatives according to their needs</li>
 <li>You propose and discuss future-oriented organizational changes, incubate and interim-own new teams</li>
 <li>Generally, you constantly look for improvement potential and develop and implement effective and highly scalable processes across the company, and with that act as a role model to drive change</li>
 <li>You are not afraid of getting your hands dirty yourself and are actively involved in the execution of key projects and initiatives</li>

Requirements
<ul>
 <li>You hold a degree from a top-tier university, have 5+ years of relevant work experience, and you have helped scale a fast-growing B2B SaaS from 50 to beyond 150+ people</li>
 <li>You successfully hired and lead larger teams, can identify yourself as a player-coach role in a growing team, and show the cognitive flexibility to tackle strategic projects as well as operational tasks</li>
 <li>You are a very analytical, structured, and process-driven person that embraces an entrepreneurial spirit with a focus on generating impact fast and scaling a business fast and sustainably</li>
 <li>You have a track record of successfully managing and successfully completing cross-functional projects based on the precipices of customer-centricity, simplicity, and strict impact prioritization</li>
 <li>You are passionate about employee enablement, continuous learning, and the future of work, and you are ambitious to have a real impact in this space</li>
 <li>You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English, German is a plus</li>
