IONOS

The IONOS Cloud Security team coordinates our service design processes and acts as an interface between external requirements to Development &amp; Operations teams as well as a promoter of a consistent view on design and performance of our services and procedures to our platform teams. It links the customers’ expectations - channeled through Sales, Marketing - to the Development and Operations teams, and enables IONOS Cloud management to optimize performance throughout our service delivery.
 
<ul>
 <li>As a member of the IONOS Cloud Security team, you will be responsible for creating visibility on the adherence to contractual and statutory requirements.</li>
 <li>You improve the efficiency of our multi standard compliance framework and motivate changes in our procedures and processes while focussing on lean and elegant solutions.</li>
 <li>You enable our customers to use IONOS Cloud products in compliance with standards and assist the IONOS sales teams by providing input to requests to tender.</li>
 <li>You will identify opportunities and effort related to domain specific standards, international standards and regulations and consult IONOS management on viable options to comply with their requirements.</li>
 <li>You will interact with stakeholders within IONOS and its holding in respect of adherence to requirements.</li>
 <li>You will assist in planning and performing internal audits as well as review of controls</li>
</ul>
 
 
The cornerstone of your success is a completed degree in computer science, mathematics or an education with a comparable background. Furthermore you have:
 
<ul>
 <li>Experience with compliance standards for cloud service providers in the European Union, e.g. ISO 27001 standard family, GDPR, BSI C5, BSI IT-Grundschutz, CSA CCM. Experience with domain-specific and international regulations would be beneficial, e.g. HIPAA, ENS or BAIT.</li>
 <li>Experience with establishing and operation of multi-standard certification frameworks.</li>
 <li>Experience with cloud services and implications of related shared responsibility.</li>
 <li>A high level of initiative and the ability to learn new things independently.</li>
 <li>Ability to adapt and integrate changing requirements of a constantly evolving technology department having its finger on the pulse of time.</li>
 <li>Ability to communicate proactively and confidently in English.</li>
