Your Responsibilities
<ul>
 <li>You identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies or potential for improvement in our daily operations by analyzing data and processes</li>
 <li>You own our geographical steering to make sure that we acquire the right amount of leads in each region at a good price in order to have a positive impact on our CPO. For this you will collaborate with Sales, Construction and HR and will not hesitate to automate processes if needed</li>
 <li>You work very closely with Sales (Ops) on the processes for routing leads and map the marketing funnel to the Sales methodology</li>
 <li>You are the contact person for our Data Team in order to create a powerful lead scoring system.</li>
 <li>You review the team’s current use of marketing technology and drive efforts to integrate 3rd party and internal tools to improve our performance</li>

Your profile
<ul>
 <li>2+ years of experience in a marketing operations role. B2B experience is a bonus</li>
 <li>A degree in marketing, communication, business administration, or a related field</li>
 <li>You have experience in attribution modeling, lead scoring, and/or automation development to build robust models and forecasting for marketing performance</li>
 <li>You are a process-driven person with a problem-solver mindset</li>
 <li>You have the ability to identify and communicate issues quickly</li>
 <li>Very good german knowledge is a bonus</li>
