IRUBIS is a young, growing biotechnology start-up specialized in monitoring and control of
bioprocesses. Our technology accelerates the development of drugs.
We are building a state-of-the-art system to provide our biopharma customers with information
about their bioprocesses in the lab, in the office, at home and at any time. We process
spectroscopic data to provide them with sophisticated data models. As the software team
lead you will grow and guide our software team and work with external freelancers. Your initial
goal is the design and implementation of a secure data pipeline that our customers trust.

Your tasks
• Leading the software team and responsible to guide, motivate and grow your people
• Being involved with fundamental software architecture decisions
• Coordinating and supervising the work of internal and external software developers
• Occasionally participating in software development tasks with the rest of the team
Your profile
• Experience as a software senior (4+ years)
• Experience in a leadership position in development and production stages (2+)
• Excellent knowledge of Python (e.g. Flask, REST API, Numpy)
• Good knowledge of JavaScript (React) and of Unix based Operating Systems
• Experience in agile software development and Git Version Control
• Proficient English language skills
