ABOUT THE ROLE
<ul>
<li>The mission for the head of ICT is to develop a reliable and scalable ICT team, enabling fast-paced growth for NUMA while ensuring stable consistent systems are operative in all properties</li>
<li>Build and manage a strong pool of external partners to be able to quickly respond and consistently manage numas ICT infrastructure in the entire portfolio</li>
<li>Control, monitor and optimise the opening and running costs of our ICT infrastructure</li>
<li>Stay innovative and constantly strive to optimise our ICT offerings through researching trends/ technological advances and new guest needs</li>
<li>Build a high-performance ICT team, measured by ICT defect rates/ Wifi stability/backup code usage/ speed of ticket responses/ etc</li>
