Join our Partner Success team as our next Partner Success Manager and build an Education SaaS that educators and students love. You will join our tight-knit team to deliver revolutionary change by building trust orientated partnerships with broad ranges of university stakeholders. Our team’s core focus is building trust through pilots that we extend to whole university rollouts.

Aula is a fully remote company, and this is a remote job but will require regular travel to our main partners once the pandemic lifts. Our partners love to meet us face to face, not for every meeting and not in a national lockdown; but for specific workshops or kick off meetings. As a result, we’re hiring from anywhere with a 4-hour travel radius to London.

 
Requirements
Translate our platform and learning design coaching into meaningful change for students and educators at scale, by rolling Aula out at our partner institutions. You will work across digital infrastructure, change management and organisational strategy.

Requirements What you need to do the Job
The most important thing about you is that you are curious and care deeply about building great products that affect people’s lives. You are transparent, considerate and ready to work hard to further our mission.
We’re looking for software engineers who care about shaping our users’ experience, building and supporting features across the entire stack (more emphasis on the frontend).
Must-haves:

As our first VP Marketing you will be responsible for ensuring the world knows that Aula is the learning and teaching platform that educators and students love. You'll deepen our existing UK business and lead our expansion into North America by driving forward our product-led growth strategy. You're looking for a role where you can develop faster than you knew possible, in a startup that supports you to grow as we do. 
 
Reporting to our Chief Commercial Officer, you will own all four areas of marketing at Aula (go-to-market, product, lead-generation, content), while ensuring we are operating within the right model, channels, and markets to ensure our product-market-fit is realistic. Aula expects the need for the marketing team to grow into its own division in time, at which point a CMO role will be open for the right candidate.
 
TL;DR

This could be 8am-12pm from California, understanding that our first US partner university is based in California and as such our team are already working in this time zone.
