Your Mission at Kontist:

As an HR Expert at Kontist, you’re responsible for building up a scalable foundation when it comes to our HR processes. You know how to strike a balance between process and people and create an environment where people can thrive. You’re the go-to person for our senior management, hiring managers and employees when it comes to HR-related questions. 

As an experienced allrounder you are keen to shape and further develop our HR in an exciting growth phase and make it a success story for our Kontistadores.


Your responsibilities: 

  • Run all operational HR-Processes and build a scalable infrastructure 
  • Ensure that our employees  experience the best possible development over their lifecycle  
  • Enable and coach team leads on basic HR topics and assure consistency with our company values 
  • Ensure a great onboarding experience 
  • Develop the employer branding strategy 
  • Be the go-to person  for the hiring managers 
  • Support the hiring Managers end2end in the Recruiting process to assure a valuable candidate experience and a smart hiring process 
  • Be responsible for the preparatory accounting  
  • Own and implement the HR strategy 
  • Be a servant leader and promoter of our values


Your profile: 

  • 4+ years of experience in HR and recruiting 
  • You’ve gained experience in building up an HR department 
  • You’ve gained experience in employee development  
  • Experience with agile practices is beneficial 
  • You have basic knowledge of labor law and relevant legal regulations 
  • You have a high level of integrity and can identify yourself with our values 
  • You act empathic and have a good understanding of people dynamics  
  • Experience with self-employment is beneficial  
  • You focus on progress, not perfection 
  • Fluency in English (C1) and full proficiency in German(C2)  are required
