Job Description

We are looking for a Candidate Experience Manager, leading our marketing and sales outreach to expand our reach of services to potential new customers.

Main responsibilities include:

  • You will lead and manage the planning and execution of tasks associated with candidate journeys.
  • Analyse Candidate data to monitor performance, traffic quality and identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure and maintain steady flow of active Candidate traffic and develop strategies to reduce or mitigate inactivity. 
  • Collaborate with the product and IT Teams to provide great product experience for the candidates.
  • Be responsible for building up and scaling our relationships with new and existing affiliate partners into long-term successfully acquisition channels.
  • Research, pursue and develop new, long-term partnerships through our affiliate program
  • Be the driving force for obtaining or creating the best tool for the practice.


  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in business administration, management studies, or in a related discipline. 
  • Previous experience in the field of customer service, recruitment or marketing.
  • You are driven to understand and improve every customer and user interaction and to create a holistic and exceptional experience that is always improving
  • A positive and resilient personality that embraces feedback and has a desire for continuous iteration and improvement.
  • Great negotiation skills, excellent relationship-building skills 
  • Analytical thinking and Data Driven approach
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English.
