About the Position

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for administrative and organizational tasks. You will help us to:  

  • Managing the company’s administrative files.  
  • Monitor the company's cash flow to anticipate payments  and execute payments to providers’ and the administration;  
  • Generate customer invoices.  
  • Manage the calendar of the company and the management.   
  • Coordinate meetings and space availability.  
  • Perform basic accounting and treasury tasks.  
  • Take care of office tasks, like managing files, office supplies, spaces, etc.  
  • Enhance the office team culture and work environment.

Candidate Desired Profile  

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.  
  • At least 2 years of demonstrable administrative experience in Luxembourg.  
  • Written and spoken business proficiency in English and French.  
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office/GSuite (Excel/Spreadsheet management is a must).  
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures  
  • Strong analytical, organizational, time management, problem-solving, and communication skills  
  • Attention to detail.  
  • Self-driven mindset.   
  • Highly motivated to learn and ready to take care of new tasks related to the position.
