Responsibilities :  

  • Managing customer satisfaction, engagement, billing, and contract renewals   
  • Identifying potential client leads and contacting them - Includes cold calling
  • Demonstrating new features, campaigns, or products to clients, emphasizing how they can help the company reach its productivity or goals   
  • Tracking and keeping up with account invoicing and potential revenue growth   
  • Acquire and grow existing and new business
  • work with team lead to drive revenue targets  

 Qualifications and experience :   

  • Minimum of two years of experience in one or ideally at least two of the following functions: Account Management / Sales / Customer Support   
  • Ability to communicate in a structure manner across departments   
  • Work experience with customers and building relationships   
  • Outgoing but structured   
  • Experience with Managed services and/or Software as a Service (SaaS) products and associated business and pricing models   
  • Experience working in a high-growth environment and process/change management

  • You are a self starter   
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English & German  
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills are required
