This new feature allows companies to refer applicants who have not been hired. If these referred applicants are invited to an interview or hired by another company from the MoBerries network, the company that referred the applicant receives credits. These can in turn be used in the next step to reduce future acquisition costs.

This feature not only helps our partner companies to store templates for messages that are used more often (for example, a template with the invitation to the job interview), it can also help companies to further screen candidates. For example, simply put questions you want to ask the candidate regarding their work experience into a template and use it to communicate even more efficiently with your applicants.

With our new relocation filter, our partner companies will be able to specify more precisely from which geographical areas you accept applicants when advertising a job. The filter helps us to provide our partners with even more relevant candidates.

Mixed model approach: Many of our partners are already using this to A/B test various job postings. In addition to the booked subscription slots, it allows the use of unlimited pay per hire slots and is therefore ideally suited for testing. Upload your vacancies and see which and how many applicants apply for the vacancies before you post the jobs in the subscription model.

Until recently, MoBerries was displayed on Greenhouse as a prospecting source, which affected the way our partners used the platform.
As of Wednesday, 8/18/2021, all candidates exported from MoBerries to Greenhouse will be classified as coming from a third-party job board.
