How did you first hear about MoBerries and why did you choose MoBerries as your long-term recruiting partner?

MoBerries was introduced by former employees and I can say only positive things so far

what I can say about MoBerries is that the evaluation of the existing recruiting channels is given by a good cost/benefit ratio.

In addition, MoBerries is easy to use. Through the integration with the ATS, jobs can be uploaded quickly and applicants can apply easily through the simple Candidate Journey.

What problem has MoBerries solved for you?

We were having trouble finding talent in the areas of Sales, Tech, Product and Management. MoBerries has significantly increased our inflow for these positions.

What is your opinion about MoBerries recruiting solution and what do you like the most? What improvements have you noticed since using MoBerries?

MoBerries worked quickly on the new integration when we switched our ATS from Personio to Lever, this meant less work for us. 

We were also added to the Candidate Sharing Pool, so we can "share" good talent with other companies.

Progress is also steady as they are constantly working on enhancements (Candidate Pool, Analytics, Integrations).

You are currently using our recruiting suite via the Lever integration. How did the integration process work? How well was MoBerries able to integrate into your existing tech stack?

MoBerries worked quickly on the integration to Lever when we converted our ATS. We have absolutely no manual effort anymore and can screen talent directly in the ATS.

You have already recommended candidates to MoBerries. What do you think of our new monetization feature and how important do you think this feature will be in recruiting in the future?

The feature is a win-win-win scenario:

For us, this means access to more, good talent, plus we can show the talent with the invitation to MoBerries that we generally consider to be very good.

For the other partners in the pool, this means access to talent from our pipeline that we have had minor hurdles with.

For the candidates, this is excellent as it gives them a wider choice of jobs and increases the chances that they will find one and be happy with their new job.

Would you recommend MoBerries to others? If yes, to whom?

Yes, to all companies that want to have a good service, little effort and access to diverse talent.
