The decisive factors were the candidate pool of sales, management, marketing, and software development candidates - all areas in which we are looking for many new colleagues. Additionally we were attracted by the matching algorithm, which shows us exciting new candidates that have been pre-filtered. Additionally, MoBerries offers great flexibility with the subscription model, which is ideal for our high hiring needs - we can easily post new jobs online and reassign the slot when they are successfully filled.

What do you like most about MoBerries recruiting software?
The ATS connection to our applicant management system was very easy to implement and the matching algorithm means we get candidates who are a good fit for the positions.
MoBerries' new Monetization feature also gives us the ability to add the candidates we did not hire to our talent pool and recommend them to others. In case of successful referrals to third companies within the MoBerries network, we benefit.
